Job Description

  • Setting up relevant accounts for potential vendors for them to start selling on foodpanda
  • Assist the sales team on face-to-face/call training sessions with potential vendor
  • Onboard potential foodpanda vendors on the platform via other channels
  • Train restaurants how to manage restaurant portal
  • Distribute vendor POS tablets and keep track on stock management
  • Propose new strategies to help decrease vendors’ fail rate and online hours
  • Product implementation and improvement - Roll out new features to improve operational efficiency and vendor experience
  • Implement and maintain a vendor retraining program to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery business
  • Assist City Manager with delegated ad-hoc tasks
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field. 
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in inventory management, logistics, or related operations role
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide) 
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on meeting targets
  • Interpersonal skills, time management, and highly motivated
  • Has initiative, is flexible to evolving needs, and is able to work under pressure
  • Prior call center experience a plus
