We manage products and solutions which integrate seamlessly with merchants’ existing processes and workflows. This role will lead our efforts to achieve restaurant operations excellence through continuous improvement of integration solutions. 

Support the onboarding and activation process for partners integrating via Glovo’s API.

• Be the first point of contact for integration-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Tech, Product, Commercial, and local teams to resolve issues and launch new integrations.
• Be the Point of Contact for queries related to integration activations.
• Track, audit, and improve integration performance, contributing to better partner experience and KPIs.
• Maintain and update documentation, internal resources, and FAQs for integrations.
• Help identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and special initiatives focused on improving partner success.

• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Analytical skills and the ability to be persuasive using details and facts 
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient with a collaborative work style, open to direction, and a commitment to achieving goals 
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view  
• Excellent communication skills are a plus to be capable of talking with different types of people
