Job Description

The Fleet Health Country Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency, size, and quality of the rider fleet within their designated country. This role ensures we meet strategic growth targets by maximizing recruitment effectiveness, maintaining high operational standards through performance management and compliance, and providing essential support to riders.

Key Responsibilities
Rider Lifecycle Management

  • Recruitment Execution: Strategize and execute rider recruitment initiatives to maximize efficiency and achieve the necessary fleet size to support order growth targets.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct effective rider onboarding and training sessions to ensure all new riders are fully prepared, compliant, and deliver high performance that positively represents the company to customers.
  • Performance & Compliance: Implement central guidelines for rider performance follow-up and management. Actively address compliance issues to maintain a high-performing fleet standard.

Operational Support & Payroll

  • Rider Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for riders outside of active shifts, addressing general inquiries, answering basic operational questions, and providing essential guidance.
  • Rider Payroll: Manage the accurate and timely preparation of rider payroll files, ensuring high quality and seamless processing for all payouts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, particularly in data and payroll preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage support inquiries and complex compliance conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and manage execution-focused projects.
  • Excellent communication in Hungarian and English
