Job Description
Growth Strategy & Execution
Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Oversee initiatives such as subscription models, pricing optimization, incentive programs, and customer engagement.
Lead experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).
Partner with Marketing and Data teams to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and retention efforts.
Core Product Strategy & Customer Experience
Define the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Own the end-to-end customer journey, driving feature development to maximize user satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the core product roadmap, prioritizing work for maximum customer value and market impact.
Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, and Data teams for seamless, high-quality product delivery.
Operational Excellence
Drive innovation in core business systems, complex workflows, and data-driven operational tools.
Optimize key business processes to improve speed, cost-efficiency, and overall stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies at scale.
Leadership & Team Development
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing product teams across Growth, Fintech, and Fulfillment, as well as the product leaders for those areas.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and data-driven decision-making.
Align cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations.
Provide strategic guidance and career development support for product managers and team members.
Stakeholder Management & Influence
Serve as the key product leader, aligning stakeholders on priorities and driving cross-functional execution. Act as end to end owner.
Communicate product strategy and roadmap to executive leadership, ensuring buy-in and resource allocation.
Advocate for customer needs and translate business goals into impactful product solutions.
Represent Growth, Fintech and Fulfillment in strategic discussions and decision-making processes, advocating for the resources and support needed to execute the strategy.
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing Growth, Platform/Technical, and Operational product domains.
Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies across customer acquisition, core platform development, and operational excellence.
Deep expertise in growth tactics and best practices, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing strategies, and incentive design.
Strong analytical skills and data fluency, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
Understanding of complex B2B or operational business workflows, with experience in improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness through product solutions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams across multiple domains.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the skills to influence and align cross-functional teams around business objectives.
Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and drive results at scale.
