Job Description

We’re building a brand-new Customer Service Operations Hub in Budapest to support foodora markets across Europe — and we’re looking for a hands-on, impact-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring efforts.

It’s a great chance to shape the future of our hub from the ground up. You’ll own the full recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on multilingual talent (German, Czech, Hungarian, and Nordics languages), and play a key role in bringing our employer brand to life across universities, language schools, and the wider community.

You’ll join a mission-driven TA team that’s passionate about raising the bar, delivering value fast, and creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience — all while building one of foodora’s most critical talent engines.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead hiring end-to-end for all customer service roles within the Budapest Hub.

  • Build strong pipelines for multilingual roles (German, Czech,  Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian).

  • Develop partnerships with language schools, universities, and vocational institutions to attract top talent.

  • Be the face of foodora’s brand at career fairs, campus events, and community initiatives.

  • Partner with Hub leadership to forecast volume hiring and ensure readiness for scale.

  • Coach and enable hiring managers on structured interviews, calibration, and candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with TA Operations to optimize processes, reporting, and compliance.

  • Track and act on metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, offer acceptance) to continuously improve.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or multilingual environments.

  • Skilled in sourcing and deeply familiar with the Hungarian talent market.

  • Experienced in campus and institutional partnerships with a track record of building sustainable pipelines.

  • Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic workforce planning.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where no two weeks look the same.

  • Fluent in English; Hungarian or any EU language is a plus.
