Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for top vendors, identifying and addressing key problem areas to foster strong partnerships between pandasend and business owners.

  • Effectively pitch pandasend’s value proposition, negotiate commercial deals, and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve order performance, resolve vendor-related issues, and coordinate communications for campaign blasts.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, and develop strategic campaign plans to maximize impact.

  • Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities, onboard new vendors, and drive their growth.

  • Stay informed and updated on industry trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs.

  • Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently.

  • Manage and verify weekly billing reports to ensure accuracy.

  • Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).

  • Outgoing and proactive personality with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured mindset; experience using CRM tools is a plus.

  • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or sales support is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident in working independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Khmer.
