Your mission
- Provide support for internal IT systems, including troubleshooting endpoints (Windows/macOS), networks, and basic infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and security of endpoint devices such as laptops and mobile phones.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing access controls and setting up necessary devices and systems.
- Perform IT procurement tasks, working with vendors to manage inventory and asset control.
- Assist in infrastructure support and escalate complex issues to the central IT teams for L3 support.
- Provide technical support for internal events, including virtual meetings and on-site setups.
