Looking for a Dynamic Opportunity in Logistics? 

Are you eager to connect with people and support them in their journey? Are you also fluent in both Norwegian and English, and passionate about providing great service? Then this could be the job for you!

We are now looking for our Outbound Engagement Agent, who will play a key role in supporting potential and active riders through the application and onboarding process.

Where does the position belong? You'll be joining our Logistics department, working closely with the Supply Lead and a team dedicated to optimizing the rider recruitment and onboarding experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to applicants and active riders, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Guide potential riders through the application steps, helping them overcome challenges and move forward.

  • Assist active riders in getting started efficiently with onboarding.

  • Accurately document interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets.

  • Provide exceptional service by building positive relationships with applicants and riders.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience.

  • Align with internal teams on recruitment and onboarding strategies.

To succeed in the role as Outbound Engagement Agent, we imagine that you: 

  • Education: Ongoing bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems used by our logistics team.

  • Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
