Job Description

In order to continuously bring this vision to life, our Product team is here to act as a bridge between our Business, Users and Tech team, by combining the business goals with our users’ needs and turning them into strategy and new product features that help efood grow further.

We are currently searching for an experienced Product Analyst with the mission to make efood product better through data insights! You will work closely with Product teams and will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience.

As a member of a multi-functional Product team, you will be responsible to align the development teams towards the company goals and be the main interface between the product and the tech team.

This position offers room for exponential growth within the organization and in order to succeed you should be a creative problem solver, with analytical mindset and strong communication skills. 

What you'll do:

  • Perform strategic and ad-hoc data analysis in support of the Product team
  • Spot opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization
  • Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform success for the Product Team
  • Get involved in the design, execution and evaluation of A/B tests to improve the user journey
  • Explore large, complex, and “dynamically” defined datasets to create actionable insights
  • Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive (eg forecasting), and prescriptive data projects

Qualifications

  • University and/or Postgraduate Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related Quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results and making recommendations
  • 1+ years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user personas and their usage patterns
  • Experience with ecommerce and behavioral tracking tools (eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase)
  • Experience using Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (eg Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) 
  • Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process (Git, Cloud services, Python/R/SQL notebooks scripting)
  • Excellent eye for detail and a self-motivated problem solver
  • Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (proficiency in Greek and English)
  • Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity

Nice to have:

  • Familiar working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/XP)
  • Previous experience supporting product or growth team(s
