Job Description

Role Summary

Your mission is to work closely with our Marketing Team to ensure the execution of projects goes as smoothly as possible. 

 

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Help coordinate Digital & CRM campaigns with our local teams.

  • Collaborate with the local Sales team with the restaurants on marketing campaigns.

  • Support local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management as per the department and brand guidelines and budget.

  • Ensure that Talabat.com is well-positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience to optimize market share.

  •  Set communication to the right audience in the customer funnel

  • Create and execute growth plans with account managers for key account campaigns

  • Responsible for increasing order penetration of new verticals

  • Responsible for re-order rate growth of verticals

  • Set up templates and processes for requesting marketing support for new verticals

Others:

  • Prepare the following reports : 

- Competitive landscape (Weekly) 

- Current campaigns (every other day) 

- Weekly Influencer coverage from competition / Talabat 

  • Responsible for the Communication:

- CRM: NFC/ Push notification and Email 

- Media partners offer: I love Qatar & Qatar Living weekly 

  • Manager the Influencers: Weekly / Weekend Nano Influencers - Vendors from AMs to share.                                                                   

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent. 

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers (Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus) 

  • Fluent in English & Arabic

  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Content Writing.
