Job Description

  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize provided lead lists, databases, and other resources to identify potential corporate clients. Conduct outbound calls to introduce foodpanda's services, explain the benefits of partnering with us, and generate interest in joining us.

  • Lead Qualification:
    Engage in effective questioning and active listening techniques to assess the potential corporate clients suitability and alignment with our service. Qualify leads based on criteria such as company information and requirements, in order to set up a proper meeting for sales to follow up.

  • Onboarding Support:
    Guide interested and qualified corporate clients through the onboarding process, explaining the necessary steps and required documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and timely activation of the corporate client on the foodpanda..

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers persuasively.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
