Job Description
What to Expect:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to fill open positions within the organization. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your primary goal will be to build a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Conduct initial phone screening to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
- Assess candidate profiles and provide detailed feedback to Talent Acquisition team members.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Main accurate and up-to-date candidate information on Smart Recruiter.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in various admin tasks.
- Manage hiring processes via Smart Recruiters.
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments when needed.
- Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews.
- Always keep applicants and candidates updated with their application status.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience to achieve talabat value of “Experience First”.

Qualifications
What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience)
- 1-2 years of talent acquisition/Recruitment experience is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to work.
- Regional recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
