Job Description

Our People & Culture department is looking for an interim Head of People & Culture who is eager to join  the q-commerce company on everybody's lips! This role is an interim position until September 2025.

Your mission:

  • Leading the People & Culture department in Sweden, with 6 direct reports.

  • Setting the People strategy and goals together with the European Heads of People and the local People Leads team

  • Supporting People Partners in providing business-oriented and innovative support for our Managers and the organization.  

  • Overseeing development and execution of our HR processes such as Performance Review, Salary Review, Employee Survey, Resource Planning etc

  • Be a key player in the Swedish Management team 

  • Streamlining and unifying regional initiatives  

  • Owning and driving various HR projects and initiatives

The People & Culture department is made up by 20 competent, ambitious and friendly HR-professionals and in this role you will be reporting to the People & Culture Director Europe. 

 We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you take great ownership and always have our business in mind.  If you have high energy and a can do-attitude you will come far in this role! Since you will be working closely with a lot of internal stakeholders such as our Managers and international counterparts your skills as a relationship builder will be crucial.

Start date: June /August

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience in an HR-role with a focus as a HR Manager, people partner / HRBP

  • Several years of experience in a HR Leadership role

  • Bachelor's degree within a relevant field

  • Knowledge & experience of working with Swedish labor law.

  • Fluent in Swedish & English
