We are excited to expand our business and we are currently in search of a new Field Sales Representative - Ice Cream to join us in our quest of growing our business by building & maintaining successful, long-term client relationships with key partners!
Your role as Field Sales Representative is to identify opportunities for your clients and help them grow their business using our products. You’ll be responsible for developing sales strategies to grow your sales territory, and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. Also, you'll be responsible for order management and merchandising. Further, you will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals focusing on delivering high quality service to your clients and developing a positive relationship with them.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain solid relationships with our clients
Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives
Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, product and operations departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
Compile and monitor reports on key account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
Receive orders and merchandising
What you’ll need:
2 year of experience in Field Sales
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional negotiation customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving attitude
Ability to work independently without supervision
Robust organizational skills & resilience
Agile & Learning Mentality
Nice to have:
Previous experience in Food Service
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related field
Understanding of marketing fundamentals
Previous experience in the coffee industry
