Job Description

Our In Restaurant Solutions team is fully responsible for the growth and operations of our new table ordering vertical.

The brand of this solution is TabSquare, and the product is a QR table ordering solution with AI analytics. This vertical solution allows restaurants to increase sales automatically, optimize their operations, and automate menu engineering, upsell, cross-sell, and analytics.

This role will be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and will be reporting to the Global VP Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Tabsquare SaaS product to F&B restaurant owners across Klang Valley and other states of Malaysia.
  • Identify, plan, and manage your own sales pipeline to achieve the target.
  • Manage your restaurant vendor accounts when necessary, and any other ad hoc tasks required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for B2B, B2B2C software/SaaS for the F&B industry or software product.
  • Able to demonstrate problem-solving and/or solution selling abilities.
  • Strong sales track record is a plus, with the ability to sell our products to both SME and/or Enterprise clients.
  • Experience with sales activities such as hunting, outbound sales, lead generation, and market research is preferred.
  • Have their own mode of transportation for travel purposes.
  • Ability to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay). Mandarin is a plus.
  • High interpersonal skills; able to converse and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, fast-learner, strong in execution, and a great team player.
