Job Description
We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Manager, Non-Commission Revenue (all genders) to join the Global Revenue team and lead the strategy and execution of Delivery Hero’s non-commission revenue products, such as in-platform restaurant advertising. This role will combine strategy, analytics, and project management. You will work closely with both the global revenue team and with its local counterparts.
The Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) team is responsible for managing the in-app advertising revenue performance and the promotion's performance of the regions: setting the ambitions, aligning on final targets, and following up on performance to maximize value generation. As part of these, the NCR team is setting and aligning the commercial strategy with the regions, understanding the local vendor requirements, and thus influencing the concepts of the new products and product features.
The key stakeholders during these efforts are the central product and data teams and the regional product and commercial teams. The NCR team works closely with these indirect stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment.

Support Delivery Hero’s Global Revenue team with shaping their non-commission revenue strategy
Develop robust analyses in a timely manner, estimating the potential impact of different initiatives and prioritizing them accordingly
Identify gaps in current strategies, create frameworks and design execution plans to improve product performance and maximize non-commission revenue
Identify and prioritize business issues and define solutions and as well support product concept definition and product discovery
Manage relationships with regional counterparts and tech teams, tracking the progress of key projects and providing support and guidance as needed
Lead global non-commission revenue projects, product roll-outs and own their outcomes
Prepare Go To Market strategies and sales enablement materials to support regional sales efforts
Qualifications
You gained 3-5 years of professional experience in a management consulting, investment banking firm, or internet company; experience in advertising strategy is a plus
You earned your degree from a university in business, economics, management or engineering
You possess a hands-on mentality, drive, an analytical and structured way of working, and logical thinking skills
You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and highly pressured entrepreneurial environment
You have excellent English language skills.
Nice to have:
Fluent in Korean language
Working experience in APAC markets
Technology experience, preferably AdTech
