Our Sales Division is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Analyst to be the new addition to their super team! You will be working closely with the sales team & other internal teams in order to collect and analyze relevant data. Based on your findings and analysis you will help the team grow and achieve their goals. Your data driven approach and analytical skills will support the day to day operations and contribute to make processes more efficient.

What you'll do:

• Define and monitor goals and KPIs for Sales teams
• Evaluate Sales performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Analyze and review sales processes to optimizes effort and impact on revenue
• Defines and monitors targets and KPIs for NCR services
• Evaluate Services performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Optimize the performance of existing services together with product and Tech
• Competition monitoring / reporting
• Define KPIs and monitors vendors performance
• Identify, utilize and optimize global team’s best practices for Leads, NCR, reporting, analysis
• Identify opportunities for growth and propose actions to capture them for all the above sectors (Sales team, NCR services, Vendors)

What you'll need:

• Degree in HR Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics or similar role
• Fluent in Greek & English 
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical, synthesizing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and other business stakeholders
