Job Description

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an analyst to join the Talabat team and work with the analytics lead in all data workstreams for strategic, enterprise accounts. This role will be at the cross-roads of customer insights, business performance, operations & end-to-end commercial analytics.

What's On Your Plate:

  • Responsible for delivering excellent data support to the talabat regional key accounts team.

  • Ensuring all team members are equipped with deep-dive analysis, automated impactful dashboards and intuitive visualizations to support efficient decision making

  • Transform big data sets into impactful pieces of analysis that can drive action

  • Solving problems alongside the portfolio leads, working in lock-step towards the same ambitious goals

  • Identifying opportunities for automation

  • Documentation and proactively maintaining & updating the existing automated solutions based on the business requirement.

  • Scaling impact of insights and analytics to non regional accounts by standardization & automation

 

Qualifications

What Did We Order:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any other quantitative similar field

  • 2-4 years of work experience in an analytics role, preferably at a high growth startup or consulting firm.

  • Must have: Advanced skills in SQL/BQ, MS Excel & Tableau 

  • Good to have: Data Studio, Python

  • Experience executing and managing deep-dive analysis in a complex setting

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working independently, and are reliable

  • Overall acumen in understanding : 

    • Business & commercial performance

    • Customer insights 

    • Monetisation and marketing analytics
