Job Description

The role

As an analyst in the Delio Structuring Solutions team, you will contribute to the full Structuring value chain, supporting the origination process, the onboarding, the legal and operational setup and the ongoing governance of the various vehicles with a special focus on pre-and post-transaction. You will also be working on projects to grow further and streamline the Structuring business. 

Key responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day of deal onboarding across the full book of Structuring clients 
  • Coordinate and execute and report on AML/KYC checks in collaboration with the Compliance team 
  • Managing the oversight and annual review of investor and company KYC/AML records 
  • Support the fundraising activity of clients by taking care of application forms 
  • Coordinate the post-transaction reporting on deals 
  • Support Corporate Action process 
  • Support the execution of transactions 
  • Support Account Managers and Finance Department in calculating fees to be invoiced/received 
  • Keep operating procedures up to date 
  • Working closely with colleagues in Marketing to ensure marketing collateral is up to date
  • Take notes in operations meetings and own tracking of actions 
  • Own small improvement/efficiency gain projects 
  • Proactively report concerns and pain points within day-to-day operations to supervisors

Qualifications

Essential requirements

We are looking for a dynamic person who is autonomous, at ease with digital systems and able to work in a changing environment. More specifically: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Natural relationship builder and project manager
  • Excellent work ethic with a hands-on attitude and positive mindset
  • Team player
  • Takes a structured way to delivering work
  • Takes ownership and accountability for tasks assigned
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance principles
  • Quick learner
