Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SEA Media & Acquisition Manager, to join Deezer Growth team and drive B2C user acquisition across France and international markets.
In this role, you will lead SEA campaigns end to end, from media planning to reporting, to strengthen Deezer’s visibility on search engines while optimizing investment efficiency and profitability.
You will drive customer growth through data-led acquisition strategies, maximize media performance, and collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, creative, product, and local teams across key markets.
This is a senior role for a hands-on, analytical performance marketer with strong SEA expertise, solid media buying experience, and a proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
Missions
Manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Search Ads, and DV360.
Plan and execute SEA performance, awareness & consideration strategies across multiple countries and markets.
Analyze Search Query Reports and campaign signals to identify optimization opportunities.
Continuously improve budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and overall media efficiency.
Protect Deezer’s brand and trademarks across search platforms.
Support full-funnel performance analysis, from awareness to conversion, to improve decision-making
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards in Looker Studio, while ensuring tracking and data consistency.
Contribute to testing, reporting, and performance reviews to scale new paid media formats and solutions.
Qualifications
Technical & Professional Skills:
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or user acquisition, with strong expertise in Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
Proven hands-on experience managing significant budgets across Google Ads and other paid acquisition platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding models, attribution, and conversion tracking.
Highly comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting, and you know how to turn complex data into actionable recommendations. You have experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
You have a strong business mindset and understand how acquisition performance connects to broader company goals such as growth, retention, and revenue.
1st experience on app acquisition and mobile measurement partners is a plus.
Experience on other UA channels is a plus (Affiliation, ad networks, paid social …)

Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent English, both written and spoken, to work on international campaigns
