We are looking for a person to join our Customer And Monetization Startup and more precisely the Payment team who tackles every payment topic we have in the world! Within the Payment team, you will support our Senior Operations Analyst on initiatives to hunt and avoid fraudsters from accessing our services and help us to avoid money loss.

What you will do:

• Learn about Deezer’s subscription-based business model and understand the labels’ cost impact. 
• Understand the user's payment journey to identify and monitor the mains outliers on enrollments.  
• Review and document prevention rules currently put in place against outliers and measure their efficiency.
• Analyse patterns of outliers to be able to challenge current rules or propose new preventive actions with our in-house and/or payment partner’s fraud management tools. 
• Be in charge of monitoring results and contribute with conclusions and recommendations.

This role is excellent for a person with:

• Real motivation to learn about Fraud in Payments in a digital fast-moving company. 
• Knowledge in SQL, Google Cloud Platform.
• You are familiar with tools such as Jira, Monday, Confluence. 
• We expect you to be proactive, organised, with an ability to synthesise in a written and oral way, and mainly curious ! 
• You are a true music lover 🎤🥁🎸
