The mission of the Customer & Monetization startup is to build the journeys & functionalities that will onboard, guide and engage any user, anywhere in our site and apps and at any stage of his life !

As part of it, we have the great chance to work with Product and Marketing teams and so deal with an amazing range of challenging projects, putting the user at the center of everything.

How about you?
We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer, with a strong technical background, and a proven track record of coaching engineers to help them grow.

You will have to switch between cross-components architecture design, technical leadership of the startup’s Front-End engineers, and working on new features as part of one of the startup's functional teams.

What you will do:

• Developing new features along a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers to achieve ambitious objectives
• Solve complex problems with smart solutions, while ensuring code quality
• Inspire and help grow other Front-End Engineers, while ensuring consistency & scalability across the whole Front-End codebase
• Design, along with Core teams, scalable architectures that meets Deezer business needs and are in line with company technical strategy
• Participate in the Community of Practice of the stack in order to contribute to its efficiency, share useful information for developers and improve general skills and knowledge

What we are looking for: 

• At least 5+ years of web development experience (React, Flow, ES7, Redux, GraphQL, HTML5, CSS, SASS, Jest, ..)
• Knowledge of web vitals, SEO and SSR is a plus
• Open-minded, as well as interested in business & product problematics than technical ones
• Team spirit and strong leadership when it comes to making choices
• Problem solver mindset: from human to technical issues, you like being on the front line
