While other teams are focused on improving visual parts of our product, we, the Core Apps Team, are focused on the Deezer applications fundations and the streaming experience.
If you want to work on an app with big audience and help millions of Android users listening to their favorite artists all over the world, then join the team!

What you'll do:

• Add new foundations and maintain the existing ones
• Ensure that all written code and architecture is high quality, scalable, and performant
• Take initiative in refactoring and to keep things simple
• Take full ownership of a feature set, from the first discussion to going live on Android devices

What we're looking for: 

• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and architecture in a mobile environment
• At least 5 years building Android applications
• Experience in understanding large and complex code bases
• Experience with performance analysis and optimization
• Experience with RxJava and Dagger (Kotlin is a plus)
• Confident with unit testing and functional testing
• Proficient, autonomous and rigorous
