Sales and partnerships are at the heart of our DNA and are one of the main drivers of our growth; today we are partnering with leading brands like XBox, Sonos, Google, Garmin and Roku among others. 

As an AdSales Manager within the Americas Team, you will be responsible for selling advertising solutions and strategic relationships in the Hispanic/Latino Market to develop new business lines and revenue. If you are seeking an opportunity that will allow you to significantly impact our KPIs and own the growth of this strategic area of our business, you´re in the right place.

What will you do?

  • Grow advertising revenue in the Americas by selling digital advertising campaigns and tailor made activations to clients in the US Hispanic & Latin American Market, including display, audio, video and other ad units across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Sell brand content activations including sponsorship, API Solutions, music activations, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute with internal stakeholders including ad operations and sales administration teams to maximize revenue and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with AD Sales Management Team based in Paris via regular reports and meetings, and same with local markets.
  • Create, manage and grow relationships with US Hispanic Market & Latin American agencies, creative agencies and advertisers directly to maximize ad revenue for Deezer. 
  • Represent Deezer at trade events and contribute to Deezer´s brand awareness within the US Hispanic & Latin American market media industry and related industries.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years relevant working experience in Mobile and Internet Advertising Sales in the US Hispanic Market and Latin America.
  • Proven track record of signing complex deals with large companies and exceeding business goals. 
  • Analytical mind and strategic thinker.
  • Strong Financial/Business-modeling skills
  • Partner-oriented, forward thinking, driver attitude
  • Creative thinker, with a passion for problem solving.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication abilities to influence outcomes externally and internally, even without formal authority.
  • Experience working internationally and across cultures.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (ability to manage complex negotiations, including contractual ones) other languages are a plus. 
  • Ability to travel.
  • Degree in Business, or other relevant degrees; MBA a plus.
