The mission of the Customer Success team is to build the journeys & functionalities that will onboard, guide and engage any user, anywhere in our site and apps and at any stage of his life ! As part of it we have the great chance to work with all Product and Marketing stakeholders and to deal with an amazing range of challenging projects, putting the user at the center of everything.

How about you?
We are looking for a passionate Lead Front End Engineer, with a strong technical background and a first experience in managing a team of engineers.
Aware of marketing problematics, as well as Business aspects, you will have to lead your team in an inspiring way, while defining relevant solutions regarding specifications and projects timeline.

What you will do:

• Lead a talented team of engineers to achieve ambitious objectives
• Solve complex problems with smart solutions, while ensuring code quality
• Inspire and help grow talents in your team
• Work closely with all startup’s members & stakeholders: from Mobile & Backend Engineers, to Product & Marketing teams
• Design, along with Core teams, a scalable architecture meeting Deezer business needs

To be successful in this mission, you will need the following:

• A first experience as a team manager and at least 5+ years of web development experience (React, Flow, ES7, Redux, HTML5, CSS, SASS, Jest, ..)
• Open-minded, as well as interested in business & product problematics than technical ones
• Team spirit and strong leadership when it comes to making choices
• Problem solver mindset: from human to technical issues, you like being on the front line
