How about you ?

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Manager  to join our BI & Analytics team, which is responsible of analysing our business and market performance whilst working on strategic recommendations to grow the business.

What you will do ?

• You will be responsible for providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns
• You will provide regular update on Deezer KPIs to the country managers and the fincance team
• You will complete detailed analysis, generate reports/ analysis of business results but also synthesis results into high-level recommendations,
• You will support Marketing actions and initiatives by analyzing their performance: CRM campaigns, promotional offers, acquisition of new users, partnerships, conversion from free to paying user, churn...
• You will identify positive financial outcomes to increase profitability,
• You will support financial team to forecast the budget and monitoring actual KPIs Vs budget variance.

What we are looking for :

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
•  Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or Quantitative field or Datamining,
• Passion for data, numbers and statistics,
• Proficient in SQL and extensive experience handling large volumes of data,
• Extensive experience with Python and Tableau is a plus
• Capacity to operate independently, being thorough, and delivering results in a highly organized manner,
• Good presentation and communication skills,
• Management skills,
• Fluent in English
