We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will lead initiatives to enhance our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.


You will be responsible for:

  • The end-to-end process of marketing campaigns and projects from ideation to execution across multiple channels including concept, project planning, briefing, feedback, stakeholder briefing, channel testing, segmentation and post campaign analysis & reporting to drive customer and commercial outcomes 
  • Collaborating with business operating heads, cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives. This includes tracking sales performance, market share, brand equity, consumer feedback, and providing regular reports and insights to management
  • Be a brand advocate, ensuring all visual identities, marketing material and comms are consistent with overall brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Managing the brand's marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximise return on investment
  •  Assist in strategy development for new marketing initiatives, brand marketing plan and campaigns
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimise future initiatives

To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary skills below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and with leadership skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed
