We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will bring to the team your exceptional analytical, communication and organizational skills. You’ll utilise your experience within to identify business processes across our sales and legal operations which will drive business benefits ensuring efficiency and enhanced customer experiences are at the forefront of the way we work.

You will need to have the ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders at all levels using your strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being able to translate into technical system functional requirements for our engineering team. We require a critical thinker with problem-solving skills who can employ and demonstrate leadership, communication, attention to detail and time management skills to deliver great outcomes at pace.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Evaluation of existing business process and working in partnership with local teams, develop efficiency improvements across the process line.
• Documenting business processes and creating new delivery and operations procedures at the highest standards.
• Lead the coordination and connection across teams to reduce process errors and save costs associated with poor process design and implementation.
• Develop and implement effective change management solutions that ensure new solutions are embedded and adopted.
• Providing costings for proposed solutions to projects when purchasing external products
• You will be working in a team environment to problem solve and brainstorm process hurdles throughout the delivery function.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management/Logistics or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development
• Experience writing requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Tools
• Experience with LPMS and CRM tools
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Reporting and presentation skills to senior stakeholders
• Good in business analytics and implementation
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Preferably with prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Good work attitude and ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
