What's the opportunity?

With multiple exciting new business initiatives underway, we are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (BA) who thrives in an Agile, product-driven scale-up/start-up environment to lead a small team of BA's within our DBC technology team. This newly created role will see you supporting our wider business teams and the broader technology team by efficiently unpacking and documenting requirements for complex business problems, partnering with vendors and a number of stakeholders across our brands. Your role will be essential in our ability to deliver projects and tasks to the correct scope, and on time. 

About the role

• Effectively lead a team of up to 6 direct BA reports and own our overall documentation set to support a range of projects including new product development, tech transformations, migrations, client onboarding and product enhancements
• Lead requirements collection workshops, ensuring that documentation outputs are of the highest quality across the BA team
• Build relationships with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Testers and Architects and influence stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the business
• Support shape technical solutions to problems including recommending tools, technologies and processes.

Your skills & experience

• Experience leading a team of Business Analysts in a similar product-driven scale-up/start-up with clear knowledge of best practice BA principles
• Working with Agile team across multiple locations
• Leading and coordinating workshops, documenting specifications, process mapping, providing ongoing reporting and updates to both business and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of technical product development for both greenfield and existing products
• Being an influential business leader with relevant qualifications and certifications
