Our lawyers, clerks and paralegals on the ground in Australia are supported by a team of dedicated sales, service and legal support professionals in our Manila offices. 

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Legal Delivery Team is the engine room of TSSI.  Providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market, the Legal Delivery team works across all states in Australia and includes a large team of operational specialists in the Philippines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of a team providing service and support to customers who are buying or selling a residential property in Australia you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the key customer contact for either the buyer or seller, providing guidance, updates and directions proactively and responsively
  • Reviewing, collating and preparing legal documentation with a high attention to detail within fixed external deadlines
  • Partnering with Lawyers and other support teams in Australia to escalate complex queries and for final review of customers documentation
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders such as banks, local councils or the other parties conveyancer
  • Calculating fees, taxes and other financial assessments relevant to property settlement for review

You’re able to break down competing priorities autonomously to ensure you deliver to fixed deadlines.  Highly organised, both your customers and your team know you can be depended on and are always reliable.

With a completed Bachelor’s degree you will have:

  • Experience working with legal concepts, definitions and documentation preferred
  • 2-3 years direct customer contact (written and phone based) experience working with Aust / NZ, US or UK customers
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Our teams are currently working from home, however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate your home working the environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 5mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
