Job Description

We are seeking a Business Application Support team member to join our busy IT Team. You will primarily be responsible for assisting the team in providing key business application support to all levels of the business across the business in Australia and the Philippines.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Responding to Service Requests and Incidents Tickets via ITSM Tool

· Training and being trained on our in-house ERP / CRM solution

· Providing 1st point of contact business support on the ERP / CRM solution (Pipedrive)

· Providing 1st point of contact business support for business software

· Providing overflow technical support when required

· Developing understanding of core business process

· Helping others in the business with core business process

Qualifications

· Proven successful experience in a first or second level IT support role providing service to a diverse range of technology users

· Relevant tertiary qualification along with knowledge of ITIL service management processes

· Experience in incident management processes, service restoration and problem resolution processes

· Understanding of SDLC principles

· A passion for Customer Service Excellence

· Experience in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

· Experience supporting business critical and customer facing Apps in the context of large corporate ICT applications and systems

· Exceptional phone and face to face customer service skills

· Advanced MS Office skills with a particular focus on Excel and Outlook

· Ability to create and deliver technical training that enables end users to be self-sufficient and delivering for our customers

· Experience in working autonomously for long periods with a personal drive to meet deadlines

 

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

· conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)

· main internet: wired internet of at least 5mbps

· reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
