Deployment Management 

• Responsible for configuring TRIRIGA solution to support specific Market requirements and localizations

• Load Market portfolio templates in STG, UAT and PROD,

• Support automated testing process

• Execute regression scripts (in assistance with automated team)

• Work with third party consultants to provide TRIRIGA technical solutions

Functional Support Management 

• Load monthly portfolio updates – supplier, sites, hierarchies, etc.

• Provide configuration options to support process requests and enhancements

• Monthly maintenance and application development responsibilities supporting the Lease Administration process

• Recognizes and addresses issues in a timely fashion, takes action to prioritize and escalate issues as appropriate. 

• Ability to problem solve technical TRIRIGA and process issues, innovate and propose improvements, document requirements, develop, test, implement software enhancements. Train users as needed. 

• Assist with TRIRIGA user security and TRIRIGA application access requests.
