• Configure Labware LIMS v6 to meet user requirements

• Should be expert in knowing Core functionalities of Labware LIMS and ability to understand/tailor the workflows

• Mainly should have expertise in Sample Management and Lot Management modules

• Configure and develop Labware LIMS subroutines & non-routines programs as per the client needs

• Develops/Troubleshoot Labels issues and Crystal reports

• Provides technical support on Application and interface issues

• Manage Application administration such as User management like users creation, assignment of roles, permissions etc.

• Monitoring Application logs, periodic health check both on Application server and Database server

• Monitor and Troubleshoot Citric server on print queues and ensure printing of Labels 

• Update visual workflow as per the business needs

• Manage/Installation of Labware LIMS on development server

• Implement change request for Crystal Reports, LIMS Visual Workflows, LIMS workflow changes requiring modifications of subroutines, LIMS Stored Queries as per SOPs
