Job Description: SAP HCM Lead III, 5+ years experience

Reason for Request: Job Description and Requirements:SAP HCM Solution Architect. Able to work with business stakeholders who already have their provider (Epiuse) for SAP HCM functional. Skill around conceptual design, able to make recommendations. Should have broad exposure to SAP HCM in areas such as Payroll, Time, PA, and OM. Areas he described as “On-Premise”. Exposure to ATS, Success factors what he called “cloud type, non-SAP”. Should be able to tap into Fujitsu’s thought leaders in the HCM area (value add).

Additional Skills: Payroll and Benefits.7+ years of experience as an Architect.Very strong verbal and communication skills.Must be politically savvy and able to navigate thru ambiguity.
