• Minimum 5+ software development experience

• 3+ years’ experience in SFDC service cloud and/or SFDC Customer Community with technical implementation and day-to-day operations.

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application

• Hands on experience with Salesforce.com web service, WSDL, SOQL & SOSL, Apex and Visual Force development

• Good knowledge on Javascript, JQuery, Ajax

• Excellent communication skills and confident in presenting technical solution to business

• Experience documenting technical design

• Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
