• I master the development, industrialization and production process of Yarn manufacturing so that I am able to produce and deliver right quality
• I am expert to challenge and provide solutions to the fabric manufacturers linked with technical topics of yarn to produce right quality of fabrics
• I master the details of cost break down to obtain the best possible industrial price of the yarn from my supplier
• I manage my supplier according to its assessment target and lead the improvement of the sustainability level step by step
• I detect and measure the potential points of improvement and coach the supplier on the action plan accordingly

• I have at least 2 years experience in Yarn Manufacturing
• I love to practice sport and work in the production line
• I have proven leadership and supplier animation skills
• I am able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
• I have a bachelor degree and I am fluent in speaking English
