You manage each supplier to develop and produce safe quality products, within short lead-times. To reach your targets, you work in network with team partners, supply production leader, method engineer and product engineer. You also have full autonomy on your perimeter to manager your project and take decision.

• You follow up quality perimeter and final quality inspection
• You share continuous improvement mindset
• You maintain regular meeting with the suppliers
• You enforce the Decathlon social charter and look after compliance topics
• You ensure that our environmental and toxicology rules are respected

• You practice sports regularly
• You are excellent in speaking English
• You have 2-3 years working experience in factory
• You must have a bachelor degree
