About the role

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will work with six colleagues to ensure relevant financial matters run smoothly. In this role you will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices in the ERP system

• Preparing and recording accounts payable related journals

• Ensuring accounts payable sub-ledgers are up to date

• Purchase ledger reconciliation

• Assisting with the monthly closing

• Preparing payment runs

• Ad hoc tasks

About you 

• ERP experience
• Analytically strong
• Advanced Excel user
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
• Self-starter
• Able to work under pressure
