Job Description
We offer you a unique opportunity to join our Corporate Advisory practice as a candidate civil law notary at our Amsterdam office. Our Corporate Advisory practice is at the heart of what we do as a firm, and part of our broader Corporate practice, which includes many other areas of expertise.
Our extensive corporate experience enables us to handle the most complex and demanding transactions in the Netherlands and abroad. In our practice, we combine the in-depth experience of dedicated lawyers from all areas of expertise across the firm. Our team includes transaction, regulatory and litigation specialists.
This unique combination of excellence means we can offer our clients comprehensive advice of the highest quality. We are keen to expand this dynamic team with a candidate civil law notary, who gets excited from working on complex, high-end matters in an integrated team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position:
- has finished an LLM in notarial law;
- has a minimum of two years of relevant experience;
- has experience with corporate law;
- is fluent in both Dutch and English;
- is eager and excited to learn;
- is a great communicator;
- is well organised; and
- is a team player.
