Job Description

DCSAM is seeing an organized and experienced Office Manager. The Office Manager provides overall office support for Branch Manager or Project Managment and may supervise other Administrative or office support roles. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office systems and equipment
  • Oversee office resources, including ordering supplies, furniture, and technology, and coordinating shipments and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to management, helping prioritize workloads, support reporting, and assist with invoicing and contract compliance
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
  • Coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policy updates, and processing employment changes with corporate offices
  • Partner with corporate payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Maintain confidential employee files and track personnel documentation and performance metrics
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoice coding, budgeting, and insurance/third-party claim processing
  • Serve as a key communication liaison between operations teams, management, and external partners during daily activities and incidents
  • Ensure reliable office communications, including oversight of phone systems and internal coordination
  • Remain available during inclement weather conditions
  • Utilize AssetWorks software (preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Previous Office Management experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word required.
