Job Description
Location: Onsite in Hazleton, PA
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who can balance design, content creation, and administrative tasks. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, support campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content for all DCS companies.
- Develop engaging copy and design eye-catching graphics for posts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics monthly to track growth and engagement trends.
Graphic Design
- Design creative assets for both print and digital media, including ads, flyers, email graphics, social media ads, and event materials.
- Develop large-format graphics such as vehicle wraps, banners, and digital displays.
- Support urgent design requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Content Creation & Communications
- Write and publish monthly blog posts for multiple companies.
- Assist with content updates for internal communications (intranet, TV displays, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Photography & Visual Media
- Provide photography support for events and employee headshots.
- Contribute to video and visual content projects as needed.
Marketing Analytics & Campaign Support
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and paid ads.
- Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations.
- Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns.
Website Management (WordPress)
- Update and maintain company websites to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new features, layouts, and functionality.
- Support the creation of landing pages and campaign-specific web content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, design, or content creation role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: $19.00-21.00/hourly depending on experience.
