We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our expansion across the United States. This remote position is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead the charge in promoting our specialty truck rentals and sales.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities for specialty equipment, focusing on rental and sales to clients in road construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Market Development: Build and nurture relationships with contractors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders across the U.S. to expand market reach.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, recommend suitable equipment solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position Partner Rentals as a leader in infrastructure specialty trucks.
  • Performance Management: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Travel: Travel occasionally to client sites and industry events to develop business relationships and promote products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the infrastructure equipment industry
  • Entrepreneurial approach and mindset.
  • Strong understanding of specialty trucks, such as under bridge boom trucks and crash trucks, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. as needed to build relationships and close deals.
