Job Description

Main Purpose:

  • Optimize physician usage and benefits of Daxor’s BVA-100 blood volume analyzer device.
  • Maintain Daxor’s agreed quality standards with regard to products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
  • Collaborate with sales to support customers in the field.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work within and actively enhance Daxor’s core mission and corporate strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical backup at a range of client interactions, including device installs, sales and clinical meetings, and medical trade shows.
  • Provide on-call support, in-services, and educational presentations to customers, in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Support adoption and build advocacy through regular contact with key clinician decision makers.
  • Support clinical study activity in conjunction with the marketing team.
  • Gather intelligence on customer and competitor activity.
  • Attain and maintain the highest level of product knowledge and support internal education as needed.
  • Support a safe and efficient working environment at customer institutions.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales institutional clinical/technical workflow assessments in collaboration with field reps.
  • Present findings, action plans, and recommendations to marketing and sales leads.
  • Participate as a clinical subject matter expert in commercial and new product development initiatives.
  • Serve as mentor/trainer for new Clinical Consultants to support future team expansion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of cardiac and/or critical care clinical experience or combined clinical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with multiple stakeholders
  • M.D. and/or Ph.D. preferred; PA, nursing and/or technical credentials also considered
  • Demonstrable track record in developing and achieving business objectives individually and collaboratively
  • Digital literacy

Other Comments or Requirements:

  • Position located in NYC Headquarters office
  • Travel required: up to 75%
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and capabilities
  • Some out-of-hours work may be required
  • Hawaii and overseas travel may be required
