• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while driving long-term business goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for clear and confident stakeholder exchanges.
• Experienced in managing partner relationships, holding participants accountable for deliverables while maintaining positive connections.
• Successful track record in managing partner renewals and growing revenue through participant engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to produce effective business cases and GTM strategies for internal stakeholders.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience 
• At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management roles, with a focus on growing revenue through partner relationships  
• Prior experience in the fitness industry is a bonus 

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Identify and assess potential partners that align with product roadmap, customer needs, and industry trends within your assigned portfolio or market.
• Lead discovery calls to evaluate fit and financial potential of new partner relationships.
• Negotiate and structure partnerships focused on shared revenue goals, co-marketing, and mutual success.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, including onboarding, integration, and ongoing collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across product development, partner success, marketing, and sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase partner program adoption and drive growth for both parties.
• Serve as the main contact for all partner relationships, providing support and addressing questions.
• Create scalable processes to ensure partner program success and contribute to overall growth.
• Report on partner performance metrics and revenue impact to leadership, including automated reporting with marketing operations.
• Lead renewal discussions and negotiate terms to ensure ongoing mutual success.
• Write and submit recommendations for program improvements.
• Communicate updates on partner program developments to internal teams and partners.
