You’ll manage critical areas like team member relations, compensation, training, diversity, and engagement. Your role will involve facilitating organizational policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting business lines. Help us create a positive workplace where every team member thrives!

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in team member relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to effectively advise and influence.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail; adept at juggling multiple projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional HR experience, focusing on team member relations and performance management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for team member relations, handling conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Advise management on best practices to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Support managers with performance management, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Communicate and enforce organizational policies and programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to enhance the team member experience.
  • Manage and maintain confidential team member records with a focus on data integrity.
  • Partner with the People Development team for training initiatives and special projects.
  • Lead initiatives to boost team member engagement, aligning practices with company culture and values.
  • Provide support and collaboration to business lines, ensuring alignment of People strategies with business needs.
