Job Description

Daxko is hiring a Senior Manager, Non-Profit Marketing to lead our efforts to acquire, grow, and retain clients in the vibrant, health and fitness non-profits market.  Our customers are mission-driven organizations that serve communities across the nation. They include YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, Jewish Community Centers and more. 

As the segment leader, you will deliver the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and lead execution of all market-facing programs. You'll improve our brand and ensure we deliver our new bookings, cross sell, client engagement, and retention pipeline and revenue targets. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge along with market research to build effective messaging and drive it through all market facing activities across marketing, sales, and customer experience teams. You will lead cross functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. You'll translate plans into tactics that deliver a bookings pipeline, revenue and customer experience goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Build the pipeline development plan for new logos, and cross sell across all products and services in the non-profit market.   
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across all of marketing channels in line with annual and quarterly plans including brand, paid media, organic, events and email and website strategy. 
  • Review and approve all campaign deliverables to ensure they advance brand strategy and communicate outcomes important to the audience and deliver to funnel targets. 
  • Report on segment performance, campaign performance and effectiveness 
  • Advocate for incremental investments and resources based on impact and ROI 
  • Supervises a team of marketing (brand) managers, including setting team and individual goals, evaluating performance, and providing coaching to maximize effectiveness.  
  • Oversees management of marketing budget to ensure operational execution (contracts, insertion orders) is executed to best practice and best return on investment for the company.  
  • Reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and adjustments plans to accomplish critical imperatives. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with product marketing, product management and commercial organizations to develop go-to-market messaging and strategy 
  • Expand our brand awareness and create customer advocacy 
  • Deliver new logo acquisition, cross sell and customer adoption and engagement to goals 
  • Ensure alignment on objectives and collaboration to deliver top-notch execution. 
  • Use data to optimize and deliver the best return on investment for all budget spend. 
  • Create assets for and help complete monthly and quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team meetings, as needed

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of B2B SaaS/Go-to-Market campaigns 
  • Ability to deliver and measure business impact across pipeline and revenue 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across functions internally and externally, with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Expert in integrated marketing including web, paid media, event and organic channel 
  • A love for data, and a proficiency in making data driven decisions, including A/B testing 
  • Ability to multitask and manage several complex projects at once 
  • Ability to deploy ROI and impact modeling 
  • Passion for doing what it takes to become an expert in the health and wellness industry 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications 
  • Five (5+) years of experience in Marketing in a business-to-business SaaS   
  • Prior experience owning lead gen campaign goals and portfolios  
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS marketing frameworks such as buyer journeys, content journeys and account-based marketing 
  • Proficient in marketing and reporting systems such as marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications 
  • Experience with attribution modeling
