Job Description

  • Create websites from within WordPress for Zen Planner (and other Daxko brands) customers
  • Use Photoshop, HTML, and CSS to modify themes, pages, and page elements
  • Proofread & edit website content as needed or as directed by customer
  • Update digital media on customer’s websites, editing images if necessary
  • Respond to tickets regarding text & image changes for existing customer websites
  • Ensure websites are completed and launched within a set timeframe  
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Teams to provide excellent customer service to website customers
  • Develop, share, and coach best practices with internal team members to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes and the overall experience

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience with WordPress design and development (preferably with Avada) including: Multisite, plugin upgrades in a development environment, Engine hosting
  • Experience creating conversion-driven websites and landing pages for small and large businesses
  • Computer and software skills for efficient research, documentation, and information management
  • Portfolio or examples of current WordPress website designs and builds
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively and independently manage complex and/or difficult client situations
