Job Description

As the Payroll Coordinator at Daxko, you will support the Payroll & Benefits Manager to accurately and efficiently administer Daxko’s full-cycle payroll and benefits function – but it’s SO much more than just a “function” at Daxko. In this role, you need to have a real desire to help, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with team members throughout the company.

 You’ll be responsible for…

  • Bi-weekly payroll, using ADP
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
  • Updating payroll records by entering changes in compensation, job titles, and department transfers
  • Verifying timesheets and all overtime calculations
  • Ensuring deductions are properly applied
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Providing payroll information and assisting team members with questions and requests
  • Balancing payroll for audit and reconciliation
  • Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Qualifications

  • Prior payroll experience desired
  • Great attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Computer savvy, with working knowledge of relevant software (ADP)
  • Strong math and numerical skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or similar field is a plus
