Zen Planner is looking for a Website Onboarding Coach to organize the successful launch of new websites for customers.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer interviews to gather all requirements needed for new website builds
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer during the building process.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer & the WordPress/PPC Specialist team
• Collaborate with the WordPress/PPC Specialist team to ensure a successful customer website launch
• Develop tracking process to ensure websites are completed and launched within a set timeframe
• Work with customers to keep them on-track, ensuring timely delivery of all required materials to the websites build team
• Complete all assigned tasks by communicated deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of all websites
• Present completed websites to customers
• Other duties as assigned within the Websites/PPC teams
