Job Description

As a Business Analyst for our Payment Services Business, you will directly support the SVP of Payments. If you're the right person for our dynamic, fast-paced company, you will have operational and finance experience, great system skills, extraordinary collaboration techniques, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. This position is highly visible in the organization and requires someone with a great attitude, proven track-record for managing financial and operational analysis and reporting, and experience implementing policies and processes that improve efficiencies and position the company for growth. 

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Reporting and Analysis. Work with SVP of Payments and the Payments team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed in a timely manner.
  • Data. Own data integrity efforts, consolidate disparate sources of data, and craft / maintain the source of truth for the Payments business.
  • Collaborate. Work closely with internal stakeholders to respond to results and implement process changes to impact business growth.
  • Lead. Manage Board reporting processes for our Payments business; liaison with Payments Leadership Team, the FP&A Team, and members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Optimize. Develop and implement processes across the Payments organization to drive best practices and improve efficiencies.
  • Improvise. Advise SVP of Payments and Senior Director of Payments on financial impact of business opportunities, and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility, including financial analysis and process improvement
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and experience using ERP systems, CRM systems, and other software tools such as project management software
  • Experience with credit card processing data analysis
  • Constructive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions in a positive, resourceful and team-oriented way
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company, Board of Directors, and external customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think analytically
